The Counting at the Mid Ulster By election in Cookstown has not got underway yet, there has been a delay with the boxes coming to Cookstown Leisure Centre. DUP Minister Arlene Foster and Alliance leader David Forde are two of the big hitters already in attendance. Voting has been slow throughout the constituency and overall early suggestions would indicate a low turn out. A result is due around 1-30am. Full updates through the night.
