Cross-sectoral shared education promotes better community cohesion and reduces the likelihood of developing prejudiced attitudes towards other communities.
That's according to new research from Queen’s University Belfast and the University of Oxford.
Two studies found that school children who shared classes with children from schools from different sectors were more likely to have positive attitudes towards what is seen as the ‘other’ community.
